404: Not Found

...I have had two issues that personally involved me over the last month and a half where controller issues or other were causing failed drives on servers. In both cases we failed over to our CharTec BDRs. I used CharTec partners in both remote cities to be my onsite hands. Your tech made it his priority in both instances to be available when the remote hands showed up on my client's site...my customer stayed up, we received new parts and help and we are all back in business. Happy clients...Happy Snap Tech...We do have a true partner.
