A big thanks to Alex and the team at CharTec for their hospitality during my recent trip to their office in Bakersfield...In one word, their facility and team are amazing. It is not that often that you have an entire team that asks the question "why not" about everything. The result is an organization that is scalable, repeatable, and most importantly, customer centric. It's easy to get caught up in the status quo but that is not something you will see at CharTec. These guys wake up every morning looking for how to be the best and then execute against that. My hat is off to the entire team!
