CharTec HaaS RMA Request Form

 

Instructions:

  • Complete the RMA form with a detailed description of the problem for the product being requested.
  • Click submit after completing the form.
  • An RMA number will be issued within 24 hours (all RMA’s will be issued during shipping hours of Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:00 pm PST).
  • Expect the replacement part within 24 hours after the RMA number was issued to the address provided. (RMA request must be placed before 3pm Pacific to be shipped the same day).
  • Place the defective parts in the box provided and attach the enclosed pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box.
  • Write the RMA number on the outside of the box in large black numbers.
  • Call the respective shipping company to schedule pickup.
  • All defective products must be returned no later than 14 days from the date the RMA was received. If not received, the requesting partner will be invoiced for the replacement product that was shipped to them.
