Purchase (Non-HaaS) RMA Request Form

 

Instructions:

  • Click the submit button after completing the form.
  • A RMA number will be issued within 24 hours. (RMA will be issued during regular business hours of Monday- Friday; 7:00a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Pacific)
  • Upon receipt of the RMA number, write the RMA number on the outside of the box in large black numbers.
  • Ship the defective product to CharTec with a traceable courier. Provide CharTec with the tracking number at warehouse@chartec.net.
  • All replacement parts will be shipped via GROUND unless otherwise requested at the requesting parties expense.
  • Requests for expedited shipping should be sent to warehouse@chartec.net with the RMA number referenced.
  • All defective products must be returned no later than 14 days from the date the RMA was issued. If not received, the customer will be invoiced for the replacement product that was shipped to them.
